January 2021 looks like a month of “keep it together” priorities. Health leads with about 45% of tests (8839/19519), with Family close behind at 43%—a strong one-two punch of wellbeing plus home base. The next tier stays remarkably steady too: Trust (~39%), Peace (~35%), and Pleasure (~32%) suggest people wanted calm, reliability, and a bit of joy without chaos.

The ranking shifts are small: the top four hold their places, Pleasure climbs 2 positions to 5th while Financial stability slips 2 to 7th, and Security edges into the top 10 as Growth drops out. That kind of near-immobility is a signal in itself—preferences weren’t “trending,” they were anchoring. When the world feels uncertain, people don’t experiment; they double down.

The mix is telling: connection and emotional safety (Love ~32%, Respect ~28%, Security ~25%) sit alongside practical grounding (Financial stability ~31%) and autonomy (Freedom ~30%).

Seasonally, this reads like classic January: post-holiday recalibration, “new year, new me” health focus, and a winter craving for safety, peace, and dependable relationships.
